How to fix Table ‘phpmyadmin.pma_tracking’ doesn’t exist or similar pma errors

Did your phpmyadmin database corrupt? Have no fear, they include a .sql file for you to rebuild it!

First, find it:

find / -name create_tables*

For me, it was in /usr/share/doc/phpmyadmin/examples
Then, cd to its folder and unzip it:

gunzip create_tables.sql.gz

Then all we got to do is import it:

mysql -u root --password=yourpassword -h localhost < create_tables.sql

And voila, it should work again.
